1. The Information We Collect
IPTV CND collects only the information needed to run your subscription:
- Email Address: Used only to email your M3U link, Xtream login, and receipt.
- Transaction Reference: Provided by our payment partners to confirm your subscription period.
- MAC Address (Optional): Needed only if you connect a MAG or Formuler device.
2. Information We Never Collect
We choose not to collect:
- Your viewing history or what you play.
- IP connection history or DNS logs.
- Card numbers or CVV codes: every payment is handled by encrypted, PCI-DSS certified processors.
3. End-to-End Encryption
Every connection to our portal and servers is protected with TLS 1.3 and 256-bit AES encryption. Stream manifests and playlist tokens are authorised in real time to block tampering.
4. Your Privacy Rights
Your data belongs to you. You can ask us at any time to permanently delete your customer record and email from our billing system by writing to our privacy officer at [email protected].
