DMCA Copyright Policy

How IPTV CND respects intellectual property rights and handles takedown notices.

1. Compliance Commitment

IPTV CND respects the intellectual property of creators, rights holders, and broadcasters. We act quickly on every clear notice of claimed copyright infringement, in line with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) and the notice-and-notice rules that apply in Canada.

2. How to Send a Takedown Notice

If you believe your copyrighted work has been linked to or sent through our network without permission, send a written notice to our designated copyright agent with the following required details:

  • A physical or electronic signature of a person authorised to act for the owner of the exclusive right that is said to be infringed.
  • Details of the copyrighted work concerned, or a representative list if there are several.
  • The exact URL, stream link, or playlist path that contains the material in question.
  • Your contact details: full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address.
  • A statement of your good-faith belief that this use of the material is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you may act for the owner.
